Your SERKET watch has been manufactured with quality components. If during a period of 12 months from the date of purchase your watch becomes defective due to faulty materials or workmanship, SERKET Watch Company will replace free of charge the defective parts.
The following conditions do apply:
- The watch has not been damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, accident, neglect or damage.
- Repairs are only carried out by our authorized watchmaker or referred repair center.
- Proof of SWC Warranty Card is required and is non-transferable.
- The guarantee does not apply to sapphire crystals or watch strap/bracelet/buckle.
